Are We Guilty
of Greed?

We stand accused of greed for not standing aside while our nation is invaded by illegal aliens. "We have all this wealth, and you don't want to share it," we have been accused.

First of all, my position is that GREEDY employers inside the United States are the cause and the root cause of this invasion. If they quit selling out our country this invasion will fizzle out and die away.

Second of all, a good proportion of the taxes I pay goes directly into providing foreign aid so that other nations can share our wealth. Men and women I have helped elect have decided that amount is our fair share. Only the solid, honest, loyal citizens of the United States willingly share in the opportunity to distribute our wealth among the nations. Everybody who pays taxes in the United States is a contributor to this munificence.

Most people decide that contribution is enough sharing. Others insist on going farther and provide personal donations to churches, charities and other organizations who concentrate on helping to feed the hungry and clothe the naked all around the world. Without bragging I admit to being one of them. Since my personal needs are few up to 20% of my personal income every month goes directly to needy individuals in South America, Africa, and other nations. Most of my donations do go to South America.

Third, up to 60% of my time is given to providing information, education and entertainment for free to the whole, entire world. Anyone with access to a computer can pick it up, print it out and profit from it to the full extent of their desire and mental acuity. I provide information on how to build a survival kit, how to deal with clutter, how to write better, how to learn easier, how to work more effectively, how to make money at home, how to negotiate, and 2,362 (at the present moment) other subjects that thousands upon thousands of people find interesting and useful.

Others have decided not to do these things, but that is okay. As long as they are paying taxes they are sharing all the wealth our nation has decided it should share with the rest of the world. Therefore do I plead INNOCENT to the charge of greed lodged against me and anyone else who resists those who steal into our country and demand more than we are willing to share.  As our young nation once declared:  "Millions in aid, but not one cent in tribute."

Their demands cannot be accommodated without inviting the wholesale invasion of our nation so that nobody on earth has anything left to share.
