Protecting the jobs of the American working poor
is precisely why our first immigration laws were passed.

Way too many Americans get mad at illegal aliens for invading our country.  THEY are not the ones to be angry at.  It is our American businesses that hire them, our Congress, our police, our President and our judges that we need to be angry at.  THEY are the ones aiding and abetting this invasion!

As we wander through this labyrinth of subterfuge and outright lies assaulting us daily from the media -- from Congress -- and from the White House itself, let us firmly latch onto this one fact:  The employers they ask us to subsidize by permitting the invasion of our country are hurting the poor man's economy far, far more than the illegal aliens are.  Now the poor man is asked to share social security benefits with the aliens because Congress, obviously in a last ditch effort to persuade other illegals to stay home and convince most of the ones already here that it is time to leave, have voted full social security benefits to the aliens. 

What kind of a Government do we have that they would believe some fairy tale like this?  Right now the only thing that divides the Republicans from the Democrats on this issue is what the best way is to get more votes for their party out of their amnesty plans.

No matter how you look at it, employers that use illegal aliens are withholding jobs from low-level working Americans.  The claim is that they can't find American workers.  That is a damn lie! 

When a meat packing company recently had thirteen hundred illegal workers arrested in one day the company was only shut down for a brief time, then they put American workers to work in place of the illegal aliens.  Now these are FACTS, PUBLISHED IN THE NEWS MEDIA FOR ALL TO SEE.  When companies can't keep their illegal aliens, suddenly they can FIND American workers!  This tells us TWO things.. First, American workers were already there, and Second, the company that had systematically hired illegal aliens already KNEW how to find American workers.

Maybe we deserve a Government like this.

Well, here's more proof!  For at least seventy years now, top companies in the United States have been crying for more skilled immigrants, and they did not care where they came from.  Our Government has systematically refused to allow skilled immigrants to enter the country.  Why won't Congress let skilled immigrants from Europe into our country?  The only answer that makes sense is: SKILLED immigrants would compete with the rich kids seeking work, you know what I mean? 

Now, your poor Latinos from any country south of our border will work for minimum wage -- and less.  Consequently, they are NO competition to the rich kids -- because they are easily funneled into jobs where they only compete with poor kids.  As long as they only compete with the poor Americans struggling to find ANY job the law tends to leave our illegal aliens alone, except to buy them off with more protection and more benefits, of course.  Politicians must believe it is okay for them to take those jobs, after all, the Americans losing out aren't related to anyone in Congress. 

Well, just a whole bunch of those illegal aliens are so smart they have degrees, in engineering, in chemistry, etc..  If they ever raise their heads and look for jobs here more fitting to their education they are quickly singled out for deportation.  Those are the very ones we want to keep here; and we want to work extra hard to make very sure they get paid what they are worth.  Let these illegal aliens start taking the fifty dollar an hour jobs away from the rich kids and you'll see the Government suddenly get VERY SERIOUS about blocking this invasion.

In 1984 type disputes you often hear the media (especially) and the Government describing these alien invaders as immigrants.  "After all, you go back far enough and ALL of us were immigrants."  If they are that stupid it is no wonder these illegal aliens can out work, out fight and out think them. 

Immigrants WANT to be good citizens;  Invaders want to destroy our laws.  Calling these invaders immigrants is like calling the Huns tourists.  Calling them immigrants does not keep them from looting the United States Treasury and sending OUR money out of the country and back to THEIR home.  Isn't the Government smart enough to realize that US poor people are already broke enough?

Why, sure they do, even if they are playing stupid about it.  They know these invaders are scabs.  They know they are STRIKEBREAKERS.  The Government is letting them sift through our borders precisely because they are strikebreakers.  They know these invaders are strikebreakers breaking the neck of US poor people!

Bringing in illegal strikebreakers to keep the poor man's wages artificially down does not help the poor man's economy one bit, especially when these illegal immigrants are sending a major portion of their money OUTSIDE our economy.

It is the HAVES in our society who can use these invaders to get their maid service for next to nothing, their lawns mowed for next to nothing, and it is the HAVES in farming and construction who don't have to pay better wages for good help.  The economy of US poor people is not being helped by this invasion; Our economy is being raped to shreds.

Now let's approach the next question,
Are Illegal Aliens Criminals?

The answer must be YES
With No IFs, 
No ANDs -- no BUTs!

Right now 10% of the population in U.S. jails and prisons are illegal immigrants.  Look at that another way and you will see that 95% of all outstanding warrants for homicide in Los Angeles involve illegal aliens.

Before we go another inch, let's get some terminology straight.

Therefore, anyone calling these illegal aliens IMMIGRANTS is dead wrong.  They are not immigrants; they have no desire to be immigrants.  Let me tell you about REAL immigration applicants so you can see just how big the difference is. 

A real immigrant is like an elderly lady from Ghana with strands of beautiful white hair falling gracefully over her ears.  Her husband died in 1982, leaving her with three children and no visible means of support.  In Ghana, where just making a living is hard, she raised all three children to maturity.  "I raised them to study hard and be good citizens."  I'll bet you anything that means she taught them to sustain, honor, and obey the laws of whatever country they were in.

She earned enough to send her oldest son to college here in the United States where he just recently graduated with honors.  He is now a pharmacist.  She also earned enough to send her daughter to college here where she is "almost a lawyer now."  And her third child is now starting college too, on money our REAL IMMIGRATION APPLICANT from Ghana earned by the sweat of her brow.  Now that all three of her children have immigrated to the United States she wants to be here too.  She is standing in line, hoping that some day soon she can be a PROUD law-abiding citizen of this country so she can study and become a nurse.  She already speaks English like a college graduate.

Think about these difference;  Most importantly, she is standing in line, waiting for our laws to work, willing to abide by the decision our officials make.  The twenty million illegal aliens who have invaded our country did not stand in line for anything except a chance to slip through our defenses and steal jobs from US.   Secondly, she has learned the language of the country she wants to immigrate to.

Illegal aliens have absolutely no respect for our laws.  Subsequently, they don't think it is wrong to steal numbers, cards and identities -- AND jobs.  THEY have made a mockery of our legal system and if we let them get away with it WE are making a mockery of our system too.  Furthermore, we are telling all the real immigration applicants around the world that they are fools.  We are declaring to the whole world that the best way to get in here is to invade our country and mock our laws.

Law-abiding applicants for immigration DESERVE a chance to become citizens first, BEFORE the twenty million criminals in our midst steal every opportunity they have to immigrate here.

Why do I define illegal aliens as criminals?

Under Title 8 Section 1325 of the U.S. Code, "Improper Entry by Alien," any citizen of any country other than the United States has committed a crime who has already or tries to:

  1. Enters or attempts to enter the United States at any time or place other than as designated by immigration officers; or
  2. Eludes examination or inspection by immigration officers; or 
  3. Attempts to enter 
  4. or obtains entry to the United States by a willfully false or misleading representation or the willful concealment of a material fact;

Violations are punishable by criminal fines and imprisonment for up to six months. Repeat offenses can bring up to two years in prison. Additional civil fines may be imposed at the discretion of immigration judges, but civil fines do not negate the criminal sanctions or nature of the offense. 

Fact #1.. Black, brown, white, yellow or blue: Illegal aliens are criminals. If they desired to be law abiding citizens they would have abided by our laws and applied for legal immigration instead of trampling our laws and invading our nation. It doesn’t matter how handsome, charming or tough they are; when someone breaks the law they are criminals. Anyone who does not give a damn about this country’s laws does not give a damn about this country.

Fact #2.. Illegal aliens are scabs. They are taking twenty million jobs away from Americans. They are taking 20 million PAYING jobs away from Americans.

These illegal aliens are NOT willing to be Americans, NOT willing to abide our laws  -- and they are NOT immigrants.  They are here for no other reason than to raid America of her resources.  You can't call them immigrants any more than the Jews could call Roman soldiers immigrants when they invaded Israel.  By their very presence here illegal aliens are keeping good, law-abiding citizens from immigrating to this country.

One woman railed at me for thirty minutes because "you called my 'sweet' husband a criminal just because he is an illegal alien."  

Keeping our conversation on a friendly basis (because all of us do have a right to our opinion) I asked a few questions and quickly discovered that in addition to being in this country illegally her husband has

  1.  been here for five years THIS time,
  2.  has never paid one cent of  income tax, 
  3. gets paid under the table by a local politician, 
  4. is living in subsidized housing, 
  5. from a prior stay here and a former "arrangement" he now has three handicapped kids in school, 
  6. he has had ten traffic tickets -- just in the last seven months -- for reckless and belligerent driving 
  7. and he has never paid a fine because he never went to court.  
  8. He has no driver's license
  9. no auto insurance 
  10. and the last time he was stopped on the road he brought out a tire iron and threatened the life of the patrolman that had enough nerve to stop him.

I have a right to my opinion too.  In my opinion this "sweet husband" is a criminal.  Even if all he does is enter this country illegally the Supreme Court of the United States agrees with me that he is a criminal.  But like many other illegal aliens he did not stop there.  He has made a habit of breaking our laws!

On a national average one fatal traffic crash in five (That's TWENTY PER CENT!) involves a driver who is unlicensed or whose license is suspended, canceled, or revoked.

However, States differ dramatically in their incidence of crashes involving unlicensed and invalidly licensed drivers.  For example there is a mere 6.1% in Maine while there is a monstrous 23.4% in New Mexico.

Ooops. 
Somebody let a fact slip past their censors. 

Now let's see what we can do with it.  Remembering that these are just FATALITY statistics and does not even begin to include other incidents like hit and run and drunken driving, answer this question honestly: Can you think of any logical reason on earth why there are are four times as many irresponsible drivers in New Mexico as there are in Maine?  If you are an obtuse member of Congress pressing for absolute amnesty you may have to mull this question over more slowly than the average intellect, but please consider how the trend of these statistics are weightily repeated in the states snuggled up the closest against our poor, ruptured border where so many of these illegal invaders defiantly cross with impudence. 

As smart as these illegal aliens are, is there any obvious reason why they don't want to obtain driver's licenses? 

Well yes.  Johnny Surfer says: "the reason they don't run that risk is that when you register for a driver's license you are also registering for the draft."

Ah, their natural reluctance now makes sense.  Their attitude is, let the fools serve in the armed forces; we came here for other reasons!  Since their primary reason for invading our nation is to ravage our resources they would much rather leave that little function of citizenship for YOUR sons and daughters to fulfill.

If they really wanted to be citizens of the United States then registering for the draft is the first thing they would do. It is the fastest way known to become a full-fledged American citizen.

How Big is this invasion?

1.17 million people are arrested at the border each year. This figure represents ONLY the ones caught. Of those caught ONLY about 3% are ever prosecuted.  In fact, most illegal crossers have to be caught at least six times before their case will be forwarded to prosecutors.  Obviously, these folks getting caught that many times aren't smart enough to keep a tricycle balanced and the government wants to weed them out.

"For every person we catch, two or three get by us," T.J. Bonner, the union chief for Border Patrol agents said. Bonner insists the most effective solution would be to dry up job opportunities in the U.S. by cracking down on employers who hire illegal immigrants. "The employers are the ones breaking the law," he said, suggesting the creation of an "idiot-proof" system to check the immigration status of workers and the prosecution of any employers who knowingly hire those in this country illegally.

Estimates of just how big this invasion really is begins at 10 million and rises to over 30 million.  Let's say that 20 million illegal aliens have invaded us.  Since members of Congress and the media swear on a stack of Bibles these aliens are so smart they can't be tracked, counted or stopped then nobody can prove my figure is wrong.

NOTE:  After fifty years the government admits some of their officials CAN count.  Now, telling us the truth is a different matter.  Government agents caught telling the truth -- or doing their duty -- will be investigated -- charges brought against them, and trial dates RUSHED forward.

Border Patrol Agents patrol nearly 7,000 miles of international land border with Canada and Mexico and nearly 2,000 miles of coastal border. Once upon a time the Border Patrol’s purpose in life was to hold back and return illegal aliens. It was officially established on May 28, 1924 by an act of Congress passed in response to increasing illegal immigration. Today Commissioner Robert C. Bonner says the priority mission of the Border Patrol is preventing terrorists and terrorists weapons, including weapons of mass destruction, from entering the United States.  -- And yet, it is against the law for Border Patrol officers to break the speed limit while in pursuit.
U.S. Border Patrol Local 2544, Tucson, Arizona, August 20, 2005 says "There are reportedly 20 million illegal aliens in this country now, and the number could be much higher. These people are not supposed to be here, nobody knows who they are, and our president, George W. Bush, is promising them a huge "amnesty" program.

"20 million illegal aliens and drug runners have entered into our nation because the most powerful nation on earth lacks the will to protect our own borders. Neither of the two major political parties care about the future of our country. Republican constituents profit from the cheap labor that illegal immigration brings. Democrats seek to bolster their party with votes from the immigrant bloc.

– "Our vehicle fleet is falling apart, with many patrol vehicles in excess of 100,000 or 200,000 very hard miles. We are constantly told there is "no funding" for new vehicles, so we continue to drive unreliable junk year after year after year."

Then, just to make sure the Border Patrol doesn't catch anyone, The Attorney General's office prohibits agents from exceeding the speed limit.. 

Can you imagine how many high velocity drivers we would have on our highways if our State Troopers were similarly impeded in the performance of their duty?  Can you believe our Border Patrol is being hampered like this by the very government pretending to protect us from terrorist invasions?

With an OFFICIAL attitude like this there is no wonder that instead of letting our Border Patrol protect our borders our politicians are bickering over how much amnesty to give these invaders.  "Oh!" they whine piteously.  "We can't stop them at the borders, so let's make their invasion legal." 

In a recent case AGAINST two Border Patrol Agents, U.S. Attorney Debra Kanof explained why the Border Patrol has no business chasing anyone: "Agents are not allowed to pursue. In order to exceed the speed limit, you have to get supervisor approval."

What's next?  Blindfolding our agents to give these invaders a real sporting chance to get through?  My real question is: What makes Congress think that PAYING OFF THESE INVADERS with amnesty will convince the rest of them to refrain from invading our poor defenseless nation?

How many bites out of crime do you take by dishing out amnesty to criminals?  Are rapists given six years of amnesty?  Did we offer six years of amnesty to Saddam Hussein?  Are bank robbers, child molesters or drug pushers given six years of amnesty? 

Don't let Congress give Illegal Aliens ANY years of amnesty either.

It now costs about $300,000 annually just to recover and store the bodies of illegal immigrants who die in just Pima County Arizona alone, according to the Pima County Administrator, Chuck Huckelberry -- Let our hardened criminals haul out these dead bodies.  There is more damage yet: it cost $100,000 in federal grants and $30,000 of its own money for the Tohono O'odham Tribe in Arizona to remove 40 tons of trash from 84 trash sites in the past year.  Put the illegal aliens to cleaning up after themselves. on their way out.
