a Chance

I want it clear where I stand on this matter.  Way too many Americans get mad at illegal aliens for invading our country.  I firmly believe THEY are not the ones to be angry at.  It is our American businesses that hire them, our Congress, our police, our President and our judges that we need to be angry at.  THEY are the ones fomenting, aiding and abetting this invasion and they are doing so for personal gain with every intention of harming the poor people of this nation so that their rich cronies may exercise unrighteous dominion over those less fortunately endowed with friends in Washington!

Our Presidents have been guilty of gross dereliction of their duty; they have not protected our borders as they are charged to do by the Constitution of the United States.  They swore an oath to protect our borders from invasion!

Saying it can't be done is a bald-faced lie the Marines would laugh at and the Army would snicker about. 

Saying THEY don't know how to do it is an admission that either

1. they lack enough intelligence to direct school children across an empty parking lot,

2. or they lack the courage to face their wealthy friends and say, NO MORE! 

President James K. Polk was not afraid to throw down the gauntlet of full-fledged war when “Mexico has passed the boundary of the United States, has invaded our territory"  Just thirteen U.S. soldiers were injured during the "invasion" and two men defending our border were killed -- but that was enough to warrant a war because Mexicans from Mexico were guilty of crossing our border.

But we could have backed down, we could have surrendered that parcel of land, we could have given all of Texas back to them for all that Daniel Webster gave a hoot.  But President Polk knew what the Constitution demanded and he knew where his duty lay.

President Roosevelt was not afraid to defend our borders.  General Pershing was not afraid to defend our border.  Patton was not afraid to defend our border. With little more than their squirrel guns our forefathers faced the British eye to eye and they were cast out. The French were expelled.  The Spanish were pushed back; Mexico was hurled out of Texas and so far back that Mexico City fell to its knees.

When politicians gave up, our sabers bristled; our guns roared -- our borders were protected; our borders were safe and secured. 

So, why then do we let our Presidents of today hunker down in the White House and whimper for our sympathy and plead for our understanding? The Constitution of the United States demands better service than this. Why haven't these weak-kneed jelly-eyed Presidents been impeached?  Why did they take the job if they were not equal to the task set so plainly before them by the Constitution of the United States?

Today our border has been pierced in so many places it is hyper-ventilated; wheezing with cries from the White House that we must give these invaders amnesty.  As we wander through this labyrinth of subterfuge and outright lies assaulting us daily from the media -- from Congress -- and from the White House itself, let us firmly latch onto this one fact:  The employers they ask us to subsidize by permitting the invasion of our country are hurting the poor man's economy far, far more than the illegal aliens are.  Now the poor man is asked to share social security benefits with the aliens because Congress, obviously in a misguided last ditch effort to persuade other illegals to stay home and convince most of the ones already here that it is time to leave, have voted full social security benefits to the aliens. 

What kind of a Government do we have that they would believe some fairy tale like this?  Right now the only thing that divides the Republicans from the Democrats on this issue is what the best way is to get more votes for their party out of their proffered amnesty plans.

Illegal Alien Scabs In Stealing Twenty Million Jobs
From The American Working Poor

No matter how you look at it, employers that use illegal alien scabs are withholding jobs from low-level working Americans.  The claim is that they can't find American workers. 

That is a damn lie!  Here's proof: 

When a meat packing company recently had thirteen hundred illegal workers arrested in one day the company was only shut down for a brief time, then they put American workers to work in place of the illegal aliens. 

Now these are FACTS, PUBLISHED IN THE NEWS MEDIA FOR ALL TO SEE.  When companies can't keep their illegal aliens, suddenly they can FIND American workers!  This tells us TWO things..

1. First, American workers were already there,

2. and Second, the company that had systematically hired illegal aliens already KNEW how to find American workers.

5, 10 years ago it was all the rage for employers that felt like this to pack up all their belongings and move south.  Why don't the rest of them go; then we'd see just how long they could go on competing with American workers when our Congress and our President aren't protecting them.

These facts tell us something else too..

If we let this invasion continue it will be the poor American workers that are living in cardboard boxes.

Here's more proof!  For at least seventy years now, top companies in the United States have been crying for more skilled immigrants, and they did not care where they came from.  Our Government has systematically refused to allow skilled immigrants to enter the country.  Why won't Congress let skilled immigrants from Europe into our country?  The only answer that makes sense is: SKILLED immigrants would compete with the rich kids seeking work, do you know what I mean? 

Now, your poor Latinos from any country south of our border will work for minimum wage -- and often much less.  Consequently, they are NO competition to the rich kids out there looking for jobs -- because no matter how bright they really are -- the illegal aliens are easily funneled into jobs where they can only compete with poor kids.  As long as they only compete with the poor Americans struggling to find ANY job, the law tends to leave our illegal aliens alone.  After all, those Americans losing out because of this invasion aren't related to anyone in Congress. 

Let these illegal aliens start taking the fifty dollar an hour jobs away that the rich kids start out in and you'll see the Government suddenly lurch into action, VERY SERIOUS about blocking this invasion.  It is the HAVES in our society who can use these invaders to get their maid service for next to nothing, their lawns mowed for next to nothing, and it is the HAVES in farming, roofing and construction who don't have to pay better wages for American help. 

The economy of US poor people is not being helped by this invasion; Our economy is being raped to shreds.  That's the way it has been for the past 300 years.  First, indentured servants and slaves were brought in to give rich people a softer cushion of ease.  Factories employing child labor stooped low enough to scoop up children less than 2 years old.  Down in Dixie plantation owners became rich from using cheap labor that could be bought, body and soul.  Poor people were displaced in the labor pool and eked out livings sufficient only to lease shacks worse than the slaves lived in while plantation owners grew to be so rich they wanted to annex more slave-states into the nation.

Waves of Irish, Germans and Scotch workers were brought in to feed the nation's mills and lay the rails that made the rich far richer.  Especially after Grant plopped down into the Chief Executive's chair, railroad rights were bought, then the construction was paid for by giving the buyers every alternate square mile of American soil they would someday pass over.

To cut expenses and increase profits, cheap labor was needed.  The Chinese were the original sweat-laden servants that were smuggled in to lay track across the flaming desert with little more than a bowl of rice dished out each day for their wages. They were made holy by the sweat flung from their brows that stained the sacred soil of America. Hated, scorned, brutally treated, yet even when denied every avenue of justice, the Chinese inched their way into full fellowship with other citizens of the United States.

They have been proven in the furnace of affliction to be steady, loyal citizens of the US and sturdy, dependable workers in our armed forces and in our factories. Even their basic religions meld with ours, being quickly quoted and easily toted. The Chinese and Japanese became the mighty backbone of America.

After the rails were laid the Chinese clicked off to do the laundry, to cook on far flung ranches where they toiled over coal-oil burning stoves, while the Japanese went on to become famous for their gardening skills.  Therefore the affluent classes needed another source of cheap labor to labor in the hot sun for next to nothing, to remain silent when hazardous chemicals were dumped, to be their maids and gardeners, to paddle the wheels of commerce so they could grow ever richer in the great land of opportunity. 

We keep hearing the myth that illegal aliens are stupid as an excuse for keeping them chained to menial jobs.  I have worked beside far too many of them and I know for a certain fact that illegal aliens are not stupid. In fact, a whole bunch of them are so smart they have degrees, in engineering, in chemistry, even dentists and surgeons etc..  But, you watch these brilliant minds at work and you will see that if they ever raise their heads and look for jobs here that are more fitting to their education and mental capacities then they are quickly singled out for deportation. 

Then there is the "IMMIGRANT" myth.  In 1984 type disputes you often hear the media (especially) and the Government describing these alien invaders as immigrants.  "After all, you go back far enough and ALL of us were immigrants."  If the media and Washington are that stupid then it is no wonder these illegal alien invaders can so easily out work, out fight and out think them. 

What is the difference?  The major distinction is that: immigrants WANT to be good citizens;  Invaders want to destroy our laws. 

Calling these invaders immigrants is about as smart as calling the Huns tourists.  Calling them immigrants does not keep them from looting the United States Treasury and sending OUR money out of the country and back to THEIR home.  Isn't the Government smart enough to realize that US poor people are already broke enough?

And the obvious answer to that is: Sure they do, even if they are playing stupid about it.  They know these invaders are scabs.  They know they are STRIKEBREAKERS.  The Government is letting them sift through our borders precisely because they are strikebreakers.  They know these invaders are strikebreakers breaking the neck of US poor people!

Bringing in illegal strikebreakers to keep the poor man's wages artificially down does not help the poor man's economy one bit, especially when these illegal immigrants are sending a major portion of their money OUTSIDE our economy.

So -- Whose Economy Is?

Well, it is not the poor Americans and it is not the companies that abide by the law!  No, it is the HAVES in our society who can use these invaders to get their maid service for next to nothing, their lawns mowed for next to nothing, and it is the HAVES in factories, farming and construction who don't have to pay better wages for good help.  The economy of US poor people is not being helped by this invasion; Our economy is being raped to shreds.

Now let's approach the next question,
Are Illegal Aliens Criminals?

The answer must be YES
With No IFs, 
No ANDs -- no BUTs!

Before we go another inch, let's get some terminology straight.

Let me tell you about REAL immigration applicants so you can see just how big the difference is. 

A real immigrant is like an elderly lady from Ghana with strands of beautiful white hair falling gracefully over her ears.  Her husband died in 1982, leaving her with three children and no visible means of support.  In Ghana, where just making a living is hard, she raised all three children to maturity.  "I raised them to study hard and be good citizens."  I'll bet you anything that means she taught her children to sustain, honor, and obey the laws of whatever country they were in.

She earned enough in Ghana to send her oldest son to college here in the United States where he just recently graduated with honors.  He is now a pharmacist.  She also earned enough to send her daughter to college here where she is "almost a lawyer now."  And her third child is now starting college too, on money our REAL IMMIGRATION APPLICANT from Ghana has earned by the sweat of her brow.  Now that all three of her children have immigrated to the United States she still wants to be here too.  She is standing in line, hoping that some day soon she will be allowed to become a PROUD law-abiding citizen of this country so she can study and become a nurse.  She already speaks English like a college graduate.

Think about these differences;  Most importantly, she is standing in line, waiting for our laws to work, willing to abide by the decision our officials make.  The twenty million illegal aliens who have invaded our country did not stand in line for anything except a chance to slip through our defenses and steal jobs from US.   Secondly, she has learned the language of the country she wants to immigrate to while illegal aliens are clamoring for a dual-language nation.

Illegal aliens have absolutely no respect for our laws.  Right now 10% of the population in U.S. jails and prisons are illegal immigrants.  Look at that another way and you will see that 95% of all outstanding warrants for homicide in Los Angeles involve illegal aliens.

Illegal aliens come into our country, breaking its laws.  Subsequently, they don't think it is wrong to steal numbers, cards, identities -- AND jobs.  THEY have made a mockery of our legal system and if we let them get away with it WE are making a mockery of our system too.  Furthermore, we are telling all the real immigration applicants around the world that they are fools; "This isn't an honest nation " 

We are declaring to the whole world that the best way to get in here is to invade our country and mock our laws.

Law-abiding applicants for immigration DESERVE a chance to become citizens first, BEFORE the twenty million criminals in our midst steal every opportunity they will ever have to immigrate here.

Okay, Why do I define illegal aliens as criminals?

Under Title 8 Section 1325 of the U.S. Code, "Improper Entry by Alien," any citizen of any country other than the United States has committed a crime who has already or tries to:

1. Enters or attempts to enter the United States at any time or place other than as designated by immigration officers; or
2. Eludes examination or inspection by immigration officers; or 
3. Attempts to enter 
4. or obtains entry to the United States by a willfully false or misleading representation or the willful concealment of a material fact;

Violations are supposed to be punishable by criminal fines and imprisonment for up to six months. Repeat offenses are supposed to bring up to two years in prison. Additional civil fines are supposed to be imposed but that was left to the discretion of immigration judges. However, civil fines were never supposed to negate the criminal sanctions or nature of the offense. 

Fact #1.. Black, brown, white, yellow or blue: Illegal aliens are criminals. If they desired to be law abiding citizens they would have abided by our laws and applied for legal immigration instead of trampling our laws and invading our nation. It doesn’t matter how handsome, charming or tough they are; when someone breaks the law they are criminals. Anyone who does not give a damn about this country’s laws does not give a damn about this country.

Fact #2.. Illegal aliens are scabs. They are taking twenty million jobs away from Americans. They are taking 20 million PAYING jobs away from Americans.

These illegal aliens are NOT willing to be Americans, NOT willing to abide our laws  -- and they are NOT immigrants.  They are here for no other reason than to raid America of her resources.  You can't call them immigrants any more than the Jews could look at the Roman soldiers and call them immigrants when they invaded Israel. 

By their very presence here illegal aliens are keeping good, law-abiding citizens from immigrating to this country.
