-- and a big barn, and a corral and three ponds. OH MY! James scooped up this thousand+ acre ranch and news of the acquisition rippled through this little community like wildfire.  "MAN!  If I'd known that piece of paradise would go THAT cheap ----!"

The auction was held right there in front of them -- and nobody knew it was happening!

Except for a lawyer representing the estate,
everyone there was, from out of town.  These out-of-towners  didn't know that 1,103 acre ranch was really worth a fortune -- so they only bid half-heartedly. 

My good friend James walked off with the whole shooting match in his pocket, and we were floating on air.  Even His wife liked it.  My wife, well she was an accredited naturalist in the state of Oklahoma.  SHE LOVES IT!  Deer come right up to our window.  Turkey, raccoon, squirrels, and lots of other things come right up to our window.
