I've heard it said all my life that Nature does not produce Straight Lines
Crystals give the lie to that statement. Not only are the lines
straight, they are beautifully straight.
Fascinated with the permutations involved, many people of this earth have
come to
assign special, spiritual powers to crystals. One Native
American Medicine Man that I know was astounded when he discovered that archaeologists had to dig in order to see what was locked inside the
earth. "Why don't they just use their crystal?" He asked.
Joseph Smith declared that the ancient
Urum and Thummim of Old
Testament times consisted of crystals in silver bows fastened to a
breastplate. (Ex. 28: 30 And thou shalt put in the breastplate
of judgment the Urim and the Thummim; and they shall be upon
Aaron’s heart, when he goeth in before the LORD: and Aaron
shall bear the judgment of the children of Israel upon his heart
before the LORD continually)
In Eagle Gap, Arkansas I was amused at first as a friendly
"crystal healer" worked on my wife, then my mother in law. They
expressed shock at how greatly they were helped. After 3
trips back there I was at last talked into taking a "treatment"
too. The "healer" had a crystal locked inside a scratching
device. The device was spring loaded so that when it was
triggered the scratcher would race down the full length of the
long crystal.
The tip of the crystal was pressed against the
patient's flesh at some point and the "healer" had his
index finger touching the patient's flesh at another
point. The current passed through the patient's
body from the tip of the crystal to the tip of the
"healer's" finger. He had to keep changing fingers
because about 3 hits was about all one finger could
stand. As each charge entered his finger there
would be a burst of light and then a smudge of smoke
would appear on the end of his finger.
I sat down in an ordinary chair and pointed out the
spot where my back muscles have given me trouble for the
past 49 years. The trigger went click and a surge
of electrical impulses surged through my back muscles.
Those back muscles immediately relaxed and my constant
pain, went away.
Was my back healed? No.. but the pain did stay
away for several weeks. If the backwood's healer
had accepted money for his services I would gladly have
paid him hundreds of dollars for that one session, and
why not.. I have paid doctors and hospitals many times
that much and received far less relief.
Considering what modern science can do with a simple crystal we should not doubt that God (knowing all of its secrets) can do even more.
When I stopped one day at Judy's Crystals on the way to Hot Springs Arkansas from
Mena Arkansas I was delighted with the outside displays and then
with the friendliness I found
inside. The staff gladly gave me permission to take pictures and post them
on my TaleWins.com web site.

of each page hereafter. It is my sincere hope you will find as much pleasure in viewing those pictures as I had in trying to capture them in the best light.
I have kept the pictures at 800 X 600 (for the most part) so that you
can see great detail. Then, I have put just one picture on a page so that you
won't have to wait for all of them to download before you can see any one
of them.
After assembling the pictures I then went on a
research trip all over the web to find some articles
about the world of crystals that might be of interest to
my young readers. These articles do not represent
the views of the staff at Judy's Crystals; they have
been selected by myself (Lin Stone) for the good
writing of the various authors.
