The Legend of
Sleeping Beauty

As told by Lin Stone

Once Upon a time

Oh, it was Long, Long ago,

And In a Land, Far, FAR

Away.

There lived a King majestic and his lovely Queen, both regal and true, that had married with hopes for many children to be born to them.  But the years went by empty and bleak and the chatter of young children was never heard in their castle.

Then, after many years of hope and despair, a daughter was born to them. It was a time of great rejoicing.

And for the blessing of their lovely child they sent special messages to bid the Seven Fairies come to the christening feast they had set.

For Your Child

Let the past, the future and the wonder of the day around you be schoolmaster, guardian and companion.  Let God be his Father, let her believe in angels and dance with fairies, let them face icy storms of dark cloud and storms of hot prejudice.  Let your child live in wonder and lift glad voice in solemn awe, for this brief second of time shall never tick again.  The GingerBread Man movie, by Lin Stone is now posted for your children to watch.  It is supposed to start immediately so you'll know when it is ready to play.
