state in terms of economic wealth. But many farmers here go
far out of their way to help build and keep habitat viable for
wildlife. Whole cities, like Stuttgart and Brinkley, throw
their weight and their enthusiasm into a drive to preserve wildlife.
Furthermore, the whole state voted for an eighth-of-a-cent sales tax to support conservation here. And where do you think the Ivory Billed Woodpecker was found? That's right, Arkansas. And where at in Arkansas? In a PROTECTED environment, set aside by citizens of this state. Arkansas is serious about protecting its birds. Arkansas is serious about conserving its wildlife.
