They will also remember the FORMS they filled out took twice as long as sending an E-Mail, but was expected of the web site, or it wasn't camp.

They'll remember that books were still written on paper even though CDs were on the way in, and the web fully capable of delivering immense sums of up-to-the-second data to thousands of computers at the same time, that the web could whisk you from one side of the galaxy to the other with a single click, and you could search the whole web in less than a minute.

I see so many web designers insisting their creations are worth a hundred times as much as the ones written in Front Page or some other, simply because they are working manually to add some bells and whistles. Lest we forget, the medium is not the message. And modules can stack up to make a mountain.
