is: CALL the company. If your company has been absorbed, merged or assimilated then it is possible that the person answering the phone won't know what you are talking about. FIRMLY ASK FOR A SUPERVISOR to help you. See further directions in brown box below. |
| What I would do, were I you,
is try the phone number and --
if it is no longer that party
but IS an insurance company
(that happens a lot) ask for
their help in finding the
company you are after. If you have no satisfaction there, write to the Richmond address -- like this... ______ Company -- then the rest of the address. Don't put anything where I have underlined but simply move the word COMPANY over as if you had intended to put it in. Do the same with the other address. Wait about 2 weeks, then check with the Virginia Insurance Commissioner's office and with the Georgia Insurance Commissioner's office.
