A terrific site for parents Pictures you can download and color come from my friend Robert in the U.K. The pictures are really good. You'll find dragons, witches, animals, butterflies, funny ones too. We scoured the Internet looking for what youth are doing to make a difference in their communities and around the world. This Ebook offers some of those ideas. It's our hope youth will look through this book and choose and/or adapt one or more of these ideas to take on in their own community. Or, if nothing in this book interests them, we hope it will at least get their "creative juices flowing" and they'll come up with their own project. Youth are powerful. They can (and are) making a difference in their communities and our world. We believe in them! ONE of the biggest frustrations in creating links to web sites for children is that they move, and someone takes over the site to post inappropriate material, or worse yet, sell out to a front man, who then turns around and sells the site that children have been telling all their friends about to the vendor of inappropriate material. Please, if you find inappropriate material on any site listed from ANY page on Tale Wins, do let me know at once. YOUR suggestions for other, appropriate sites ARE invited.
