| The thing that will catapult your writing career to success
is something called PLR. That acronym stands for Private
Label Rights, not some Mid-East political organization.
What PLR means is that you buy the rights to stories already more than half written. Then you finish writing them and put your name on the finished product, as the author. Is this legal? Yes. Does it work? It can work, in fact - it can work two ways.
Either way, you can put your name on there as the author. Wow. You could be an author, TODAY. There are two ways to improve the PLR articles you get. First, you can put two or more of them together and pull off the dross. Second, you can do more research on the web and produce a really polished article you can be proud of. Don't ever make the mistake of sending a rewritten PLR article out unless you have given it a good shellacking of polish. Change the slant.
Sales.. Thumb through the latest Writer's Digest looking for magazines that might accept your work. Those that accept secondary publication rights are especially open to your articles. Picking on them also means you can sell the same article to other magazines. You can also offer your finished product to web publishers. More and more publishers are getting wise to how easy it is and how profitable it is to produce an online magazine. All they need is a good topic, good writing, and a good web site and they can make a fortune in far less time than it takes for conventional publishing. You can supply the good writing. Use the research tools I gave you to ferret out the PAYING magazines. Type in the subject BIRDS, for example -- then the word GUIDELINES. If the web site has guidelines that usually means they will accept your article submissions. Sell Your Own Products. You can assemble your articles (AFTER they have been published) into book form. Dress them up, put them in order, add illustrations, and you have a fantastic book. Sell products that other people have created by giving your articles away. It is possible to do this by email, but easier to do it by creating your own web site. When you get your articles published you will be invited to ADD a resource line of sales message at the bottom. Remember, this is an ad, but it should be a TWO STEP AD. Use this space to persuade readers of your material to come to your web site for more information, or to write to you for some free gift. Your free gift can be yet another article, preferably along the same lines as what you want to sell, and what you have just written about. You will find this technique quite effective. |

| Okay, now it is time to spill the beans and show you
where to get your PLR articles. NOTE, save everything
you get from any source in its own directory on your
computer. Leave yourself a note reminding you WHAT THE
DICKENS you have here. You ever get confused and use
someone else's work that isn't PLR and you are as good as
hung! Keep all your PLR separate AND identified.
Let's start off with about a thousand of them that you
can get for free. Just click on the pretty blue picture and be
instantly transported to the download page. Pick and
choose any subjects you feel able to expand on, as I showed
you above. Note that many of them are illustrated, some have
sales letters to go with them. Free PLR, WITH AUDIO files. Some of these are so good I can't improve them. These I use as is on my web site. Don't let yourself get frustrated. Click HERE for some high grade PLR sources, but remember that not all you see here is PLR, so be careful when you start downloading things. I can't give you a discount or any free samples on this one, but the quality is top notch. Check them out when you have time. Use the research tools I gave you to find other sources. Just make doggone sure any company you deal with KNOWS what PLR means. I don't know how many authors I've had to bail out of a bad situation just because the SUPPLIER made some mistakes. |
